Angel. Warren Worthington the Third. Warren was on of the original X-Men. He was a handsome millionaire playboy until wings sprouted from his back. He tried a solo career before hooking up with the mutants he has been with for the last 50 years, at times he has even been their payroll. This drawing is very influenced by the work of one of my favorite comic artists, Adam Pollina, on his awesome Angel miniseries. Check it out if you can. Beautiful.

Oya. Idie Okonkwo. About a decade ago, in the Marvel Universe there was a decimation. The Scarlet Witch, whose power is to shape and change reality, whispered “No more mutants.” the result decimated the mutant population, people were depowered, died, and for years no mutant signature was activated. This changed with the repowering of the Five Lights. Five mutants across the globe whose power activates. Idie is one of those. She can control both fire and ice, and is deeply deeply religious. She thinks her mutant power is witchcraft and is always spouting fire and brimstone stuff. She’s awesome.
